Dear California Guy: Yeah, you hate snow....but isn't snow just a teensy bit easier to hate when you're watching it fall in PARIS?!? Looking forward to hearing your stories when you get back! Kate...
It's really and pretty and nice for, oh, say, the first half hour or so each day when I see it, but as soon as my pant legs start getting wet, forget it. Everyone here is sniffling and snorting like they're at a TB convention (imagine the swag they'd give away there at the booths), and I find myself snagging napkins from the restaurants just to survive. That being said, everything else about Paris does pretty much make up for the occasional snow (which is still a damn sight better than wet rain).
